Your mission and responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you are the pillar of operational efficiency. Your objective: orchestrate maintenance activities, mobilize your team and drive the continuous improvement of our processes:
- Supervise and coach a multidisciplinary team on a daily basis (mechanics, electromechanics, electricians);
- Develop the potential of employees while maintaining a healthy work climate that respects the collective agreement;
- Plan tasks to respect priorities, assign them and monitor them;
- Ensure monitoring of the preventive upkeep and maintenance program in collaboration with the planner;
- Ensure high quality service to our internal operations by respecting deadlines and allocated resources;
- Identify process optimization opportunities and deploy concrete action plans;
- Promote a culture of excellence focused on compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
The profile sought:
- DEC in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, equivalent training or relevant experience.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of a CMMS maintenance management system.
- Mobilizing leadership, autonomy, priority management and excellent ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment.
