Coordinate partner sales operations for Norsat International Inc., combining quotations, forecasts, customer support, and CRM expertise in an onsite setting. Manage varied priorities independently.
As Channel Sales Support, you will work with channel partners, customers, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and other internal teams. Your responsibilities span sales forecasting, opportunity tracking, product proposals, lead-generation support, and customer communication. You will also coordinate service tickets, RMAs, returns, and technical discussions through resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare short- and long-term sales forecasts
- Lead sales activities for large channel opportunities
- Support product introductions, pricing, promotions, and collateral
- Analyze ERP, CRM, and dashboard data
- Coordinate Engineering support and service order RMAs
Requirements:
- University degree
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using CRM and PowerBI preferred
- Satellite or terrestrial microwave knowledge preferred
- Resourceful problem-solving and strong attention to detail
