NORR seeks a Senior Contract Administrator to guide construction documentation, financial progress, and contract obligations across its Public Studio projects. This senior position observes construction and helps Contractors and Owners fulfill their contractual responsibilities. You will provide document clarifications, technical interpretations, recommendations, and financial progress reviews. The role also supports constructability feedback, stakeholder meetings, issue resolution, and project closeout. Flexible work is available remotely, from home, or at office locations. Key Responsibilities:
Observe construction and report deviations from contract requirements Review progress payments, alternate requests, and project changes Address constructability issues with contractors and consultants Lead meetings before, during, and after project delivery Forward completed closeout documents to appropriate parties Requirements:
Related post-secondary education successfully completed Ten-plus years of contract administration experience Experience with project and client management Experience in strategic and business development Excellent leadership, interpersonal, flexible, resourceful approach Bring senior contract administration leadership, technical interpretation, and project coordination skills to NORR’s public-sector construction portfolio.
