Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction to adult students
- Prepare course materials according to program standards
- Support diverse learners and evaluate lesson effectiveness
- Facilitate outdoor play and laboratory activities
- Maintain accurate student records and supervise practicums
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 5+ years of childcare experience
- Familiarity with Alberta Curriculum Framework (FLIGHT)
- Strong communication skills
- Vulnerable sector check within the last 30 days
