Support mining and tunnelling applications through technical demonstrations, training, troubleshooting, and product feedback. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop dealer business plans and market penetration strategies
- Demonstrate equipment and provide technical customer training
- Expand customer accounts through leads and relationship management
- Coordinate service documentation, local upfits, and sales finalization
- Support warranty investigations, testing, and product improvements
Requirements:
- Technical degree or equivalent chemical professional certification
- Engineering background in ground control and rock reinforcement
- Two years' construction or mining equipment experience
- Five to seven years' sales and marketing experience
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
