As a Commercial Project Coordinator, Finance, you will administer financial activities supporting contractor-related work throughout project execution. You will liaise with Site Management, Commercial Project Managers, Cost Controllers, Procurement, Accounting, and contractors. The position supports contractual compliance, labor validation, purchase orders, invoices, and project records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review contractor timesheets and supporting documentation before approval
- Verify contracts, rates, pricing schedules, and work scopes
- Create SAP Purchase Requisitions and support approvals
- Review invoices and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain contractor files and project documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field preferred
- Minimum five years in project or contract administration
- Experience with hourly, Time & Material, and Lump Sum contracts
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong SAP experience
- Ability to travel up to 15% as needed
