As a Wealth Planning Associate, you will support Wealth Advisors while developing your financial services expertise. The role combines administrative excellence, client interaction, investment planning, and insurance analysis. You will help deliver personalized experiences through accurate preparation, responsive communication, and collaboration across Nicola Wealth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Wealth Advisors with financial planning and wealth management services
- Manage client requests and coordinate with internal Nicola Wealth teams
- Schedule reviews and prepare client meeting materials
- Prepare portfolio reviews, rebalancing, and asset allocation analysis
- Perform insurance needs analysis and resolve client queries
Requirements:
- Three or more years in client-facing wealth management work
- Exposure to investment, financial planning, and insurance planning
- Post-secondary finance education and Canadian Securities Course completion
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with accountability and professionalism under pressure
