As Artist Protection Supervisor, you will protect Artists, entourages, and other individuals for the Entertainment Programs team. Responsibilities span movement through crowds, meet-and-greets, autograph sessions, and visual stage protection. The position also provides leadership, guidance, supervision, and coaching to a unionized Event Security guard team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Artist privacy and confidentiality during public interactions
- Provide personal protection through crowded areas and sessions
- Deliver visual and protective security around stages
- Lead Event Security guards in incident response and event duties
- Promote safe work practices under OH&S policies and legislation
Requirements:
- Remarkable guest service and strong interpersonal skills
- Written and verbal communication with tactful de-escalation ability
- Knowledge of Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act
- Ability to respond diplomatically during tense situations
- Flexibility for evenings, extended hours, and varied shifts
