Elysium Healthcare is seeking a qualified Staff Nurse, RMN or RNLD, for its specialist Learning Disability and Autism service. You will work with service users who have complex needs, while supporting colleagues and positive teamwork. Applicants need completed Preceptorship evidence and NMC registration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to service users
- Complete care assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Record and report all service user changes
- Maintain precise records of care delivered
- Provide mentorship and colleague support
Requirements:
- Qualified RMN or RNLD with relevant nursing qualification
- Current NMC registration
- Fully completed Preceptorship with evidence
- Experience in NHS or UK private healthcare
- Flexible, self-motivated, caring, positive approach
