NFI seeks a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to act as the Lean coach and facilitator for the ONE Program and broader Continuous Improvement initiatives across regional sites. You will lead 3-day Lean events, train leadership and frontline teams, and ensure sustainment through the Lean Transformation Plan and ongoing CI initiatives.
The role partners with Regional Operations and Engineering to identify opportunities, conducts shop-floor workshops, and tracks execution to deliver.
