- Participate in collaborative, multidisciplinary care and case discussions
- Contribute to systemic change through research, advocacy, and team engagement
- Travel to service locations across Charlottetown, Summerside, and Alberton (with travel compensated)

- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field
- Eligible registration with a relevant professional association (e.g. RSW, CCC, RP, LCT)
- At least 2 years of clinical experience, ideally working with complex trauma and survivors
- Critical understanding of oppression, colonization, gender-based violence, and their systemic impacts
- Interest or training in modalities such as EMDR, IFS, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, CPT, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- A passion for healing justice, community care, and trauma recovery
What We Value:

- Burnout prevention through sustainable practices and shared accountability
Why Join Us in PEI?
- Live surrounded by nature and ocean views
