Key Responsibilities:
Lead all Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
Provide customer-focused product support.
Ensure departmental profitability and overall department performance.
Market, plan, and initiate all parts department functions.
Assist with the attraction, retention, and effective engagement of department personnel.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Parts Department operations, with experience in leading and developing others.
Exemplary customer service skills.
Currently holding a Parts Manager role or a senior Parts Technician looking to guide significant growth and development of a department.
Knowledge and familiarity with heavy duty, truck or ag equipment parts.
Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
