Newmark’s Vancouver cost planning team seeks a Consultant to join the Cost Planning group in the Vancouver, BC office.
You will work with clients, PMs, architects and engineers to deliver cost consulting on diverse projects across BC and beyond, from conceptual to detailed estimates and change orders.
You will collaborate with a team of consultants, manage client relationships to drive repeat business, and contribute to project meetings while applying CIQS/CEC/MRICS standards where applicable.
