Support learning platforms and learner inquiries as a bilingual Education Coordinator with Newcom Media Inc.
This full-time role is open across Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia.
Reporting to the Director, CE Corner, the Education Coordinator supports continuing education brands.
You will administer learning management systems, assist users, and support accreditation submissions.
Strong research, organization, and client-facing communication are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as first contact for ticketing system help requests
- Manage users, enrollments, reporting, and course setup
- Respond to inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Assist continuing education credit application processes
- Maintain FAQs, knowledge articles, and internal procedures
Requirements
- Minimum two years of professional work experience
- Learning management system administration experience
- Strong research, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Succinct writing tailored for different audiences
- Client-facing experience; business-level French preferred
