Senior QA Automation Developer, Integrations in Winnipeg

This role is focused on building automation coverage for major platform programs for our large enterprise partners, shaping end-to-end quality as the programs scale. You'd be the automation specialist within our delivery team, working closely with our staff automation developers as expert sounding boards, setting the approach and advising us on how this should be done.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable automated test suites in Playwright.
• Partner with architects, developers, product managers, and our Staff QA Automation Developers across the SDLC.
• Drive quality across UI and API testing.
• Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Work with product managers to define comprehensive test plans.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for key projects.
• Leverage AI to speed up how you build and maintain automated tests.
• Own quality beyond test execution.
• Review and run manual test cases.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of QA experience testing SaaS or cloud applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on test automation framework experience with Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
• A strong background in TypeScript and/or Go.
• An automation-first track record.
• Full-stack testing across UI and API layers.
• Agile fluency and familiarity with test management platforms.
• Initiative and a point of view.

Nice-to-Have:

• Hands-on AI initiative.
• Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases.
• Familiarity with test management platforms.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, banking, insurance, or other financial services environments.
