Drive growth operations from nesto’s Toronto office, combining analytical problem-solving with cross-functional project leadership and organizational change. As Growth Operations Manager, you will partner with a functional leader and own strategic projects across nesto Group. You will improve processes, shape user experiences, support decision-making through data reporting, and coordinate Product and Technology roadmaps. The role requires strong business-case development, stakeholder management, communication, and comfort operating amid ambiguity. You will also help deliver enterprise software implementations, acquisitions, and major partner onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with functional leaders to generate growth and business value Improve core processes and strengthen user journeys Develop data reporting for clearer business decisions Lead large-scale projects through implementation and change management Coordinate stakeholders across leadership, staff, and external partners Requirements:
Three to six years in consulting or startup operations Strong analytical skills and business-case development abilities Excellent prioritization, organization, and stakeholder management Strong communication skills for organizational change Work from the Toronto office at least two days weekly Apply analytical, operational, and change-management expertise to scale nesto’s lending technology and business operations.
