As Product Manager for the AI Platform, you will help evolve Maestro from proof of concept into AI-augmented lending infrastructure. You will work across operational workflows, data, systems, and mortgage expertise. The work spans roadmap delivery, decision logic, and measurable improvements for production users. Translate operational reality into PRDs and decision logic Define roadmaps with ML, engineering, and underwriting stakeholders Improve throughput, accuracy, and time-to-decision metrics Connect AI outputs with expert human judgment Recommend roadmap priorities as AI reshapes mortgage origination Requirements:
Three to five years in consulting or complex product roles Clear writing and structured thinking across systems and data Comfort making decisions amid ambiguity and incomplete inputs Active fluency with AI tools across product workflows Strong communication with non-experts in Product and Engineering Build Maestro’s AI platform with product strategy, machine learning fluency, and rigorous execution across mortgage operations.
