Analyze sales and customer data for Nestlé Canada's Waters and Premium Beverages team in a hybrid North York position. Create insights, reports, and recommendations.
As a Customer Analyst, you will support assigned customer teams through analysis, scorecards, presentations, forms, and customer portals. You will interpret sales, shopper, category, customer, and market data to identify opportunities. The position works with Sales, Customer Strategy and Development, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams. This new role supports the Waters and Premium Beverages business area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales, shopper, category, customer, and market data
- Provide recommendations based on sales performance and customer results
- Prepare and maintain reports, scorecards, and customer information
- Tailor and develop customer presentations using provided materials
- Maintain customer profiles and information in Sales Management
Requirements:
- Two to three years in sales or business analytics
- Strong analytical skills and actionable recommendation capabilities
- Experience working with customer, category, shopper, or market data
- Strong Microsoft Excel, reporting, scorecard, and presentation proficiency
- Strong communication, detail, collaboration, and prioritization skills
