Nepean Housing Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to provide general labour support to the Property Services team across Ottawa properties. The role involves assisting Maintenance Technicians with maintenance tasks, inspections, and upkeep of housing units, including move‐in/move‐out checks and life safety inspections.
The position is temporary, unionized (CUPE Local 4473), with 28‐40 hours per week at a rate of $26.06/hour.
