Neighbourly Pharmacy seeks a Pharmacy Manager to oversee Provincial Pharmacy operations. The role combines team leadership, regulatory compliance, dispensing, compounding, clinical care, and patient counseling. It also includes collaboration with healthcare professionals and the Front Store team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team
- Oversee compliant dispensing, inventory, compounding, and clinical care
- Liaise with healthcare professionals regarding patient care
- Manage scheduling, communication, policies, and procedures
- Manage P&L statements and operational targets
Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Injection certification is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Collaborative mindset in team environments
