Shape mortgage technology investment with roadmap ownership, AI judgment, and SQL fluency at Neighbourhood Holdings. Work fully remote or from Vancouver or Victoria offices. As Neighbourhood Holdings’ first Product Manager, you will connect business needs with technology delivery across lending and internal systems. You will work with underwriting, operations, finance, broker-facing teams, the CTO, and engineers. The role requires product management experience, operational or financial systems knowledge, technical fluency, and evidence-based prioritization. Key Responsibilities:
Own the investment roadmap across lending and internal systems Make visible, evidence-based build and prioritization trade-offs Assess system consolidation and point-solution costs Translate team needs into actionable engineering specifications Own rollout, adoption, training, and outcome measurement Requirements:
Five-plus years in product management Senior ownership of a roadmap you built Experience with complex operational or financial systems Comfort reading data models, writing SQL, and discussing APIs Hands-on AI use and clear written communication Bring roadmap leadership, technical fluency, and practical AI judgment to Neighbourhood Holdings’ mortgage technology platform.
