Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside physicians for comprehensive medical care
- Collect and integrate patient information effectively
- Take part in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Coordinate patient discharges and transition plans
- Focus on quality and patient safety in care practices
Requirements:
- Graduate of a recognized PA program
- Current certification from applicable bodies
- Good standing with CPSO required
- Relevant clinical experience as a PA
- Current BCLS certification required
