Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments in the ED

Requirements:
- Current Ontario Nursing Registration Certificate
- BLS Certification required
- Provincial Geriatrics Leadership onboarding completion
- Minimum two years of elder care experience
- Bilingualism in English/French preferred
