RESPONSIBILITIES

  • We’re looking for an experienced Senior Producer in AAA game development to lead production strategy and delivery planning for a product pillar.
  • Own the pillar delivery plan, translating product priorities into clear milestone and gate commitments.
  • Partner with the Product Owner and craft leadership on scope, sequencing, priorities, and delivery expectations.
  • Guide Associate Producers across pods to keep pod plans aligned with pillar outcomes, dependencies, and commitments.
  • Align with other Senior Producers and project leadership on cross-pillar dependencies and the broader project roadmap.
  • Represent the pillar in executive and stakeholder reviews, presenting plans, progress, risks, trade-offs, and key decisions.
  • Track progress against milestone and gate objectives, identifying risks, gaps, and misalignment early.
  • Maintain visibility on scope, capacity, dependencies, risks, and delivery confidence across the pillar.
  • Challenge plans and assumptions to ensure commitments remain achievable and aligned with project priorities.
  • Assess the impact of scope or priority changes on dependencies, milestones, and gate deliverables.
  • Ensure deliverables and validation criteria are clear ahead of gates and key reviews.
  • Support resolution and escalation of issues affecting broader pillar delivery.
  • Improve pillar-level planning, coordination, and delivery practices while reinforcing accountability and collaboration.

This role requires someone who can move comfortably between strategic planning and execution oversight: you will focus on ensuring that the overall pillar plan is coherent, realistic, integrated with the broader project, and on track for delivery.
