Lead ground-up senior living developments across the Southeast Region, applying operational leadership and financial expertise through each community lifecycle. As Corporate Director of New Development and Campus Living, you will oversee Navion Senior Solutions communities from development through ongoing operations. Your work spans Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, with accountability for financial, operational, occupancy, and quality goals. Frequent travel supports communities and development sites across the Southeast Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate development activities and developer partnerships
- Plan pre-opening readiness for new communities
- Lead sales, lease-up, and occupancy efforts
- Manage opening, handoff, and stabilization
- Direct ongoing operational and financial leadership
Requirements:
- Progressive senior living operations leadership experience
- Experience opening communities and leading lease-up preferred
- Knowledge of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care
- Working knowledge of licensing, OSHA, fire, and safety codes
- Valid unrestricted administrator's license and driver's license
