Support shareholder servicing and equity administration at Navacord, managing inquiries, records, and quarterly issuances with accuracy. This new role is not described as remote or hybrid.
Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards & Shareholder Relations, you will support approximately 1,200 shareholders. The work includes case coordination, approved procedures, equity data, and collaboration with Legal, Finance, and HR Business Partners. Interpretation and exceptions are escalated appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the shared inbox and triage shareholder inquiries
- Maintain cases, files, trackers, and approved correspondence templates
- Coordinate exits, repurchases, reviews, milestones, and payments
- Reconcile equity systems, cap tables, and share registers
- Support quarterly issuances, reporting, and process improvements
Requirements:
- One to three years of relevant coordination experience
- Experience with shareholder services or comparable operations
- Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven cases
- Excel and equity administration platform experience preferred
- Equity plans or legal workflows experience is an asset
