- Respond to client and insurance company inquiries
- Process endorsements and review policy changes accurately

Requirements:
- RIBO license required
- CAIB or equivalent designation, or intention to pursue
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and customer service focus
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and BMS
