Support NAV CANADA's Business Management System and Quality Management System through governance, compliance, controls, and documentation in a hybrid Ottawa role.
As a Business Management System Advisor, you will support BMS and QMS administration, monitoring, audit coordination, and continuous improvement. The position requires bilingual English and French communication, documentation management, and experience with governance frameworks and controls testing. You will work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate, accessible processes and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform compliance and conformance reviews using established methods and tools
- Coordinate audit responses, remediation, follow-up actions, and issue resolution
- Support control design, testing, documentation, and performance monitoring
- Update documentation following regulatory or organizational changes
- Assist requirements gathering, testing, system updates, and training materials
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in technology or equivalent experience, training, and education
- At least one year in technology, quality, compliance, or systems administration
- Experience with governance frameworks, controls testing, policies, and standards
- Knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
- English and French proficiency with strong analytical communication skills
