AI-driven project management leads Nature's Touch initiatives across a hybrid Greater Toronto Area work model. Use automation, planning, and cross-functional leadership. Reporting to the Director of PMO, the Project Manager owns end-to-end execution across Innovation, Pack at Source, CapEx, and packaging transitions. You will manage concurrent projects from initiation through launch while improving PMO workflows. The portfolio serves private-label and branded products for major retailers. Key Responsibilities:
Build detailed plans across high-volume project categories Recommend trade-offs across competing portfolio priorities Build AI-driven solutions, agents, and automations Present dashboards, risks, budgets, and recommendations Identify improvements strengthening execution and efficiency Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and experience Five-plus years managing multiple concurrent projects AI, automation, and productivity-improvement experience Monday.com and Microsoft 365 proficiency Relevant certification held or actively in progress preferred Bring project delivery, AI innovation, and workflow optimization expertise to Nature's Touch's growing PMO in the Greater Toronto Area.
