Nature's Fare Markets seeks a Produce Operations Manager to lead Produce Departments across our Surrey, BC network, ensuring quality, safety, merchandising standards, and exceptional customer service. The role reports to the Director of Retail Operations and collaborates with the Produce Category Manager to execute category strategies at store level.
This role will be headquartered in Surrey with approximately one day in the office and four days in stores, and will require regular travel.
