Nature's Fare Markets seeks an Assistant Store Manager for a 12 month temporary appointment. You will lead the Store Team alongside the Store Manager, supporting hiring, development, administration, and superior customer service. The position requires a quality driven leadership style and passion for organic and natural products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model and uphold Nature's Fare Markets' Core Values
- Coach, recognize, train, and develop team members
- Promote outstanding customer experiences and loyalty
- Support merchandising, displays, operations, and renovations
- Assume store responsibility during the Store Manager's absence
Requirements:
- Five or more years of management experience
- Customer service industry people management experience preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite technical knowledge
- Budget and financial management experience
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and unusual hours
