The position coordinates recognition initiatives, volunteer opportunities, employee listening activities, and company events. It also supports project timelines, employee communications, engagement metrics, and day-to-day employee relations administration across company locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate employee engagement programs, events, and recognition initiatives
- Plan events, managing vendors, venues, budgets, communications, and onsite execution
- Support surveys, stay interviews, new hire check-ins, and feedback sessions
- Track participation, costs, metrics, and employee feedback
- Maintain employee information and support workplace matters
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
- Two to five years of related employee engagement or coordination experience
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle as needed
