Lead performance video editing for Phoenix and Raven in Toronto, using storytelling, pacing, and platform expertise to shape compelling content. Collaborate in person with creative and production teams. As an experienced Senior Video Editor, you will own post-production quality, consistency, and evolution across both brands. You will edit short-form advertising, guide editors, and use performance insights to improve creative work. The role combines hands-on editing with creative leadership across DTC, paid social, and UGC-style content. Key Responsibilities:
Own editing style and post-production standards across Phoenix and Raven Mentor editors through creative direction and actionable feedback Edit video ads for Meta, TikTok, and digital platforms Develop guidelines, templates, workflows, and asset management practices Maintain technical standards for audio, colour, captions, and formatting Requirements:
Five-plus years of professional video editing experience Portfolio showing compelling storytelling and social-first video Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools Experience mentoring, coaching, or reviewing editors Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills Bring advanced editing expertise, creative direction, and performance storytelling to Phoenix and Raven’s video content.
