Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members upon arrival and assist with vehicle selection
- Work with service agents to ensure vehicle availability
- Provide directions and information about local attractions
- Address customer inquiries to reduce counter visits
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Emerald Aisle
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean record
- Minimum 6 months relevant customer service experience
- Must work flexible hours, including weekends
