As a Technical Chief Application Support Analyst, you provide Level 1/2 operational and technical support for institutional digital-asset workflows. You support trading, custody, settlement, treasury, reconciliation, and smart-contract activity across production services. Your work helps investigate incidents and escalate complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as first contact for platform incidents and user inquiries
- Monitor trading, custody, settlement, and blockchain-processing services
- Record, prioritize, and track incidents in service-management systems
- Investigate errors, failed processes, transactions, and data discrepancies
- Escalate incidents according to severity, risk, and service requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in technology, finance, accounting, or related discipline
- One to three years of relevant technical or operational experience
- Practical knowledge of cryptocurrencies, wallets, blockchain, and smart contracts
- Windows or Linux application support, monitoring, and log analysis experience
- SQL, APIs, JSON, webhooks, and incident-management tool proficiency
