Your work addresses complex situations, projects, audits, certifications, processes, and systems while considering client and employee experience. Key Responsibilities:
Advise business units on QI/QDD requirements and complex compliance situations Support annual certification, account documentation controls, and periodic audits Review processes, identify risks, and recommend optimization or simplification Prioritize QI/QDD initiatives and develop performance monitoring indicators Develop procedures, controls, tools, training, and compliance practices Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and six years of relevant experience, or equivalent Experience in compliance, audit, tax, or legal fields Knowledge of QI and QDD program rules and requirements Financial markets, securities, analytical, and problem-solving knowledge French and English communication with influence across multidisciplinary partners Bring rigorous judgment, process optimization, governance, and QI/QDD knowledge to National Bank’s tax compliance team.
