Bachelor’s degree and seven to ten years’ relevant experience Experience managing complex operations and managers Expertise in transformation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence Knowledge of wealth management, investment operations, or financial services French and English language proficiency Bring strategic vision, coaching, and operational transformation leadership to National Bank’s investment transfer activities and wealth management business lines.
