A career as a Senior Director, Enterprise Architecture & Ontology within the Enterprise Architecture team at National Bank means acting as the Senior Director responsible for Enterprise Architecture and Integrated Enterprise Knowledge. It means contributing to the definition and evolution of a strategic practice that provides a better understanding of the relationships between business capabilities, processes, data, applications, interfaces, technologies, and controls. This role allows you to make a positive impact on our organization through your expertise in enterprise architecture, semantic modelling, and organizational transformation supported by artificial intelligence and automation.

Your job

Shape the evolution of the enterprise architecture practice by defining directions, methods, standards, and priorities that support decision-making and organizational transformation.

Define and evolve an enterprise ontology that connects business capabilities, processes, data, applications, interfaces, technology components, and controls through clear semantics and governed relationships.

Establish modelling principles, governance mechanisms, and accountabilities that enable different teams to contribute to a shared, reliable, and reusable understanding of the enterprise.

Leverage artificial intelligence and automation to discover and reconcile relationships across LeanIX, the CMDB, and other authoritative sources without creating a new monolithic repository, while ensuring information quality, governance, and traceability.

Transform the enterprise ontology into products, views, integrations, and use cases that support strategic planning, impact analysis, technology decisions, and transformation initiatives.

Represent the practice in architecture and delivery forums, engage stakeholders, and measure adoption, coverage, and value delivered to adjust priorities based on the organization’s needs.

Your team The Enterprise Architecture practice brings together specialists who work collaboratively to develop an integrated understanding of the organization and support its transformation. You work closely with architecture, business, data, technology, and platform teams.

Within the Enterprise Architecture sector, you report to the Bank’s Chief Architect. You contribute to transforming knowledge that is currently distributed across multiple teams, repositories, and tools into a coherent, accessible, and actionable view that supports decision-making.

We aim to provide you with maximum flexibility to enhance your quality of life. This includes a hybrid work environment as well as a flexible and adaptable schedule.

The Bank values continuous development and internal mobility. Our personalized training programs, based on learning through experience, help you master your role and develop new areas of expertise. Resources such as the Data Academy, language training, the Harvard Learning Center, as well as coaching and mentoring support, are available to you at all times.
