This Banking Advisor role reports to the Branch Manager and works alongside specialists in investments, mortgage financing, and other areas. You will listen to client needs, resolve complex situations, and recommend appropriate banking solutions. The position supports transaction, investment, financing, insurance, and estate planning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to clients and resolve complex banking situations
- Advise Personal and Small Business clients on solutions
- Support mortgage renewal and renegotiation processes
- Ensure client satisfaction, engagement, compliance, and risk management
- Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mutual fund representative licence, or obtain it within three months
- Advisory service experience
- Inclusive attitude and openness to diversity
- English language proficiency
