Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure Jira, Jira Service Management, and CMDB
- Design automation rules and JQL-based workflows
- Build REST API and webhook integrations with third-party tools
- Gather requirements and troubleshoot issues with stakeholders
- Develop analytics dashboards and reporting capabilities
Requirements:
- Three to five years administering Atlassian tools
- Proficiency in JQL and Jira automation

- Strong communication with technical and non-technical teams
