Operate forklifts and RF scanners onsite as a Shipper Receiver at Napoleon, preparing products, receiving materials, and supporting logistics operations.
This full-time position reports to the Team Leader - Logistics and works Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. You will pick, pack, ship, receive, and store products using warehouse systems and material handling equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate RF scanners to pick, sort, stack, and manage products
- Pack, strap, label, and load shipments for transportation
- Use TMS and WMS for carrier selection and storage
- Unload trucks and verify counts against packing slips
- Identify damaged products and inventory discrepancies for resolution
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One to two years shipping and receiving experience preferred
- Current, valid forklift certification required for consideration
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
- Knowledge of shipping documents, inventory systems, and basic computer skills
