Manage customer shipments as a Courier using weigh bills, mailing systems, and careful order handling at Napoleon in Shanty Bay, Ontario. The schedule is evenings.
This permanent, full-time logistics position reports to a Team Leader and works on-site Monday to Friday. Hours run from 3:30 p.m. to midnight. Responsibilities include following work orders, processing customer orders through WMS/TMS, using Purolator and UPS systems, and reporting shortages. The Courier also maintains a clean work area while contributing to Lean knowledge and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work from verbal instructions, written instructions, and work orders
- Process customer orders through warehouse and transportation systems
- Complete weigh bills for outgoing shipments
- Operate Purolator and UPS mailing systems
- Assist continuous improvement using Lean tools
Requirements:
- Customer service orientation with an eye for detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to adapt when priorities change regularly
- Two years of previous experience
