Napoleon is seeking a Senior Millwright to support our highly automated fabrication facility. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery, PLC-driven equipment, and robotics, driving safety and reliability across production lines.
You will mentor apprentices and collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to optimize plant performance, ensure preventive maintenance, and uphold our standards of excellence in a fast-paced environment.
