Drive talent programs at Napoleon through performance management and engagement initiatives within its human resources Centre of Excellence. This is a full-time position supporting enterprise-wide people processes.
The Talent Management Specialist coordinates defined program components with Centre of Excellence leads and Human Resources Business Partners. Responsibilities span talent reviews, succession planning, leadership capability, and learning development support. The position also creates practical resources and analyzes talent data for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate engagement, performance, talent review, and succession processes
- Develop toolkits, presentations, guides, and training materials
- Support leadership development and internal training programs
- Track talent metrics and monitor program effectiveness
- Partner with HR Business Partners on program adoption
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or post-secondary Human Resources or business education
- Minimum three years' Talent Management, HR, or related experience
- Experience supporting enterprise performance and engagement programs
- Adult learning principles and practical learning solution experience
- Content creation and HR program rollout experience is an asset
