Shape talent management at NAIT through performance management and succession planning while supporting flexible on-campus, off-site, or hybrid arrangements.
Reporting to the Director, Organizational Development, this consultant supports talent programs and organizational change initiatives. The work includes leadership development, talent reviews, coaching, and facilitation. Data-informed decisions and Workday-enabled processes support individual and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead phased performance management initiatives aligned with the NAIT Competency Framework
- Support talent reviews, calibration exercises, and succession planning activities
- Develop talent programs, procedures, tools, and leader resources
- Monitor processes and use insights for continuous improvement
- Support leadership learning and development program facilitation
Requirements:
- Related undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews
- Strong facilitation, presentation, consulting, and coaching skills
- Organizational development and change management knowledge
- Workday or similar talent management systems experience
