As a Student Service Specialist in Student Information Services, you will serve prospective students, applicants, current students, alumni, and the public. You will answer questions, explain complex processes clearly, and manage information across multiple service channels. The position ends on or before May 28, 2027, with possible extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to admission, enrolment, financial, and policy questions
- Provide program selection information to potential students
- Review student accounts and resolve enquiries collaboratively
- Support payments, enrolments, and other student transactions
- Assist through email, phone, chat, and in-person services
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Empathy, active listening, and exceptional communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage information, multitask, and remain accurate
- Proficient typing and computer skills across complex software platforms
