Oversee corporate training operations at NAIT through manager development, financial planning, and delivery coordination in a hybrid Main Campus setting. As Director of Operations, Corporate and Continuing Education, you will guide managers responsible for training delivery, continuing education, curriculum development, and operations enablement. You will build service accountability, monitor outcomes, address delivery risks, and coordinate requirements with institutional partners. The role carries approximately $6 million in annual expense responsibility. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate corporate training and continuing education delivery Develop managers through coaching, performance reviews, and succession support Align teams around shared priorities and delivery outcomes Develop budgets and forecasts with managers and Finance Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications Requirements:
Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, management, education, or related field Extensive experience leading operations and managing teams Strong understanding of financial and budgeting principles Knowledge of registration, learner records, curriculum, and digital systems Ability to understand customer needs and communicate exceptionally Apply operational leadership, budget management, and stakeholder coordination to corporate training and continuing education at NAIT.
