Comme Directeur·rice de la Transformation IA, vous définissez l’intégration de l’intelligence artificielle au sein de l’entreprise. Vous coordonnez les projets avec les équipes métiers, informatiques et partenaires externes. Vous encadrez conception, tests, déploiement et mesure des résultats.
Responsabilités clés:
- Piloter la stratégie d’intégration de l’intelligence artificielle
- Identifier les possibilités d’automatisation des processus de courtage
- Coordonner les projets IA avec les parties prenantes
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance des initiatives IA
- Animer des ateliers sur les usages de l’IA
Exigences:
- Expérience solide en transformation digitale et projets IA ou data
- Compétences en stratégie et gouvernance de l’IA
- Connaissances en data analytics, modélisation et machine learning
