Use QuickBooks Online and bookkeeping expertise as a Finance Technician supporting NNDDC and its subsidiaries across multiple entities.
The Finance Technician manages daily financial transactions, records, and general bookkeeping while reporting to the Controller or designate. This position handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, remittances, and financial records. Work includes Google Suite, Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat, online banking platforms, and Plooto.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage QuickBooks Online files for NNDDC and subsidiaries
- Process invoices and program vendor payments
- Generate invoices and process accounts receivable payments
- Reconcile intercompany accounts, banks, and credit cards
- Prepare government payroll, GST, and corporate remittances
Requirements:
- Accounting technician diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum two years' accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Minimum two years' Google Suite and QuickBooks Online experience
- Experience with Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat, and Plooto
- Strong organization, confidentiality, and deadline management skills
