CDN and edge reliability define this Senior Site Reliability Engineer role for a public-facing enterprise web platform. Web performance is a core product requirement. You will help build and operate Adobe Experience Manager Edge Delivery Services. The role emphasizes CDN configuration, observability, release engineering, incident management, and resilience. You will work across cybersecurity, network and CDN, privacy, vendors, production support, engineering, and enterprise technology teams in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own CDN, DNS, TLS, caching, WAF, and bot-management health
- Build synthetic monitoring across journeys, languages, regions, and templates
- Lead incidents, escalation, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
- Operate Git-based releases, testing, rollback, and cache-purge procedures
- Define recovery strategies, SLOs, error budgets, and performance reporting
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience operating high-traffic websites behind enterprise CDNs
- Deep expertise in caching, invalidation, DNS, TLS, routing, and origin behavior
- Experience with Akamai or Cloudflare and practical WAF management
- Strong observability, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and incident-response experience
- Experience with enterprise change management, audits, compliance, and third-party risk
- Apply senior SRE expertise across CDN reliability, edge delivery, observability, web performance, and customer-facing incident response.
